Hello Friend, I'm Mike

Thanks for visiting my mountain site. My friends named my property Mike's Mountain because I live on top of a tall bluff surrounded by hardwood timber overlooking the Illinois river in west central Illinois. For 50 years now I have been an avid hunter, fisherman, and trapper.

Quality Matters

I caught my first muskrat when I was 15 years old. Since then, I have been an avid trapper, and fur buyer. I have custom processed thousands of pelts for the fur auction, and have even attended the International fur auction in Canada. What I have received from all that experience is a passion for quality. I absolutely love and appreciate quality furs.
